Holiday Chocolate Collection

McGowan Chocolate’s Holiday bonbon collection starts with coverture Belgian chocolate and includes customer favorites and new seasonal tastes. Most of the chocolates are hand-painted using the the best quality cocoa butter.

McGowan Chocolate uses the freshest ingredients, no artificial flavorings or commercial additives so they taste as good as they look. All McGowan chocolates are gluten free unless otherwise specified.

This box contains one or more of:

• Dark chocolate raspberry ganache topped off with a bit homemade raspberry jelly. Enrobed in red cocoa butter and dark chocolate.

• Sea Salt Cream Caramel. The only ingredients in our Sea Salt Caramels are fresh cream, European butter, sea salt and sugar. All fresh ingredients enrobed in a dark chocolate with a hand-painted galaxy pattern in colored cocoa butter.

• Peanut Butter. Peanut Butter, sugar, cocoa butter and sea salt enrobed in dark chocolate. Need we say more?

• Hazelnut Latte: One layer of coffee ganache over a layer of white chocolate hazelnut ganache. A bit of heaven for coffee-lovers.

• Vanilla. Dark and Milk chocolate ganache infused with vanilla bean enrobed in dark chocolate.

• Maple Pecan Praline. Pecans are roasted with Maple Syrup made in the USA. When added to milk chocolate it makes for a wonderfully warming ganache.

• Cashew & Peanut Praline. Cashews and peanuts are roasted together before being combined with honey. Added to milk chocolate ganache for a delicious treat.
